Ticket receipts and confirmations

Upgrades

We are happy to upgrade you while quantities remain.  To confirm ticket availability and order eligibility, please email [email protected].  We will need your current order confirmation number and what you’d like to upgrade to.  If we have availability and the order is eligible for the upgrade, we’ll shoot you an email with instructions.  In every case, the upgrade must cost more than the original purchase and you will need to purchase the new passes before we can issue a refund for the original purchase.

Kush, VIP and RIFF upgrades will be available onsite, if capacity allows. Please visit the main box office or Cashless help if you would like to upgrade, including upgrading a single day wristband to a three day wristband. If you want to upgrade to a VIP wristband, we can also help you at the VIP entrance gate.

Third Party Sellers

If you want 100% confidence in your ticket purchase, only purchase your tickets on our ticket page through See Tickets. See Tickets is the only ‘Official’ ticket agent for SweetWater 420 Fest.  While Craigslist, eBay, StubHub, VividSeats or any broker site may appear to save you cash and allow access to the festival, many of these are either already used or are counterfeits.   In the event of a festival cancellation, your ticket face value will only be refunded when purchased through our ticket page on SeeTickets.com.  There is NO onsite support for any third party purchases.  Box Office staff will be able to sell you a real ticket, but will not exchange, discount or verify tickets from any other sellers.

Do not buy wristbands from others who cannot attend a certain day. Unfortunately, removing a wristband automatically voids it. Festival staff will check every wristband to assure it has not been removed.

Refunds/Cancellation

All sales are final. Tickets/wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

SweetWater 420 Fest takes place rain or shine.

In the event of cancellation, ticket face value will be refunded to the original method of purchase through See Tickets, less any service fees and/or applicable shipping fees. Service fees are non-refundable.

Will Call

Rest assured, that if your wristband(s) do not make it to the shipping address provided, they will be waiting for you at Will Call.  Be sure to bring your photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the wristbands.

If you purchase your tickets anytime after fulfillment ends (ie, you’re picking them up at Will Call instead of receiving them in the mail) the person who purchased the ticket MUST present a valid driver’s license and the credit card used to make the purchase.  Transfers of Will Call tickets are not allowed.

WRISTBANDS CANNOT BE REMOVED ONCE PUT ON!

Don’t put your wristband on until you are on your way to SweetWater 420 Fest.  Your SweetWater 420 Fest wristband is your ticket to enter the festival.  Treat your wristband like CASH.  Keep it in a safe place.

A multi-day festival pass (3-day or 3-day plus pre-party) is ONE wristband, good for the entire event.

Wristband Policy

  • Wristbands MUST be worn securely on the wrist for entry into the festival and cannot be slipped on and off.
  • Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Wear the wristband on your right hand for faster entry at the gates.
  • Registered wristband prior to entry.
  • If your pass allows re-entry, wristbands MUST be scanned upon exit in order to re-enter that same day. Valid until 7pm for General Admission 3-Day passes.
  • Remember to keep your wristband on during the event days. Do not remove your wristband until you plan to leave the festival for the final time.

  • Anyone possessing a wristband that has been tampered with is subject to ejection from the festival without a refund. Festival staff will check every wristband to assure it has not been removed.
  • Only wristbands purchased through See Tickets are valid.  If you purchased from an unauthorized source and/or ticket is counterfeit, you will not be allowed entry.
  • Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of a counterfeited wristband are VOID and will be seized by Festival security staff.
  • If your wristband is removed by Festival security/event staff for any reason, it WILL NOT be replaced.

Once shipped, tracking information for your order is available in your See Tickets account by clicking the DETAILS button by your order.

All international orders will be held at the Box Office Will Call.

Registration

Wristband registration will open once wristbands are shipped.  Check back in late March!

Registering your wristband shows 420 Fest organizers that the wristband belongs to you and lets you supply emergency contact information should anything happen to you. Cashless purchases can be made for drinks at festival bars, food vendors, and festival/band merchandise!

Replacements

Replacement wristbands will require a FEE.

If your order never arrived in the mail, please contact See Tickets here for more information and to relay the circumstances.

If you accidentally put on your wristband early (and now it won’t come off) or if it is too tight or other issues.  Bring the following to the Box office or a Wristband Solutions tent at any gate (VIP can visit the VIP gate):

  • Current Wristband (you must exchange this for a replacement)
  • Replacement fee
  • Valid ID matching registration for current wristband or purchaser

All wristbands declared ‘lost’ will be deactivated, will scan invalid at the gate and the bearer will be denied access.  ID must match registered name on wristband for replacement consideration.  Event staff reserves the right to deny replacement for any reason for “lost” wristbands.
